App Store terms
Reel Wrangler is distributed through Apple and is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless otherwise stated in App Store Connect.
Refunds and support
App Store purchase and refund handling is managed by Apple. For support, questions, suggestions, or complaints, contact support@reelwrangler.com.
Acceptable use
Use Reel Wrangler only with footage you have the right to access and process. You are responsible for following applicable laws, workplace policies, privacy obligations, and evidence-handling requirements that apply to your situation.
No legal or forensic certification
Reel Wrangler does not provide legal advice, forensic certification, evidence preservation services, or chain-of-custody guarantees. It is a reconstruction utility for creating practical chronological review files.
Local processing and privacy
Reel Wrangler processes selected files locally on your Mac. It does not require an account, collect analytics, upload footage, or send your files to remote processing services. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
